Dental implants

Dental implants have long been considered the best option for replacing missing teeth. More recently, guided implant surgery has revolutionized the process yet again.

The procedure uses three-dimensional CT images to create a virtual model of your mouth. This gives the dentist a good look at the shape of the bone structure, the proximity of adjacent teeth, and thickness of gum tissue. We use dedicated dental implant software to plan every detail of the surgery. The result is a faster, more accurate, and less invasive placement of the actual implants.

Most common dental implant techniques

01.

Single-stage implant

This technique involves placing the implant and a temporary abutment (a connector that attaches the implant to the replacement tooth) at the same time.

02.

Two-stage implant

This technique involves placing the implant into the jawbone and allowing it to fuse with the bone tissue before placing the abutment and replacement tooth.

03.

Immediate load implant

This technique allows a temporary or permanent replacement tooth to be attached to the implant immediately after it is placed, without waiting for osseointegration to occur.

04.

All-on-4

This is a technique that is used when a patient is missing all of their teeth in one or both arches of the mouth. It involves placing four dental implants in strategic locations to support a full arch of replacement teeth.

05.

All-on-6

This is a technique that involves using six dental implants to support a full arch of replacement teeth.

Benefits of Dental implants

01.

Improved oral health

Dental implants are designed to look, feel, and function like natural teeth, and can help to maintain healthy jawbone density and gum tissue. Unlike traditional dental bridges or dentures, implants do not require the alteration of surrounding healthy teeth, which can help to preserve the overall health of your mouth.

02.

Improved quality of life

Dental implants can significantly improve a patient's quality of life by restoring their ability to eat, speak, and smile with confidence. With dental implants, patients can enjoy their favorite foods without worrying about slipping dentures or missing teeth, and can speak and smile with confidence, knowing that their replacement teeth are secure and natural-looking.

03.

Long-term durability

Dental implants are made from high-quality materials such as titanium, and with proper care, they can last for many years. Unlike traditional dentures or bridges, which may need to be replaced every few years, dental implants offer a long-term solution for tooth loss.
